2. What Data We Process and Why

Contact form: name, email, optionally company name and your message. Purpose: responding to your inquiry and discussing potential cooperation. Legal basis: pre-contractual relations (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Checklist and follow-up emails: when you download our checklist, we send it to the email you provide, followed by a short series of 2–3 follow-up emails with automation tips. Legal basis: legitimate interest (direct marketing to people interested in our content). You can unsubscribe with one click at any time — after that, we will not email you again.

Email communication: data you voluntarily provide by email. Legal basis: pre-contractual relations or legitimate interest.

Web analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.), which collects anonymized traffic data (pages viewed, device type, approximate location). Legal basis: your consent given via the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

3. Retention Period

Contact form data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and potential follow-up, at most 24 months from the last communication unless a contractual relationship is established. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics settings (max. 14 months).

4. Data Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Recipients are limited to our technical providers: web hosting and email service provider, and Google (analytics). Data is not transferred outside the EU/EEA except as required for Google Analytics (standard contractual clauses).
